Biography
David Biddulph and his wife started Market Force Corporation in 1984 to compile records of new businesses opening in Orlando Florida. Today the company is building an omnichannel cloud based platform to deliver the AI generated messages to the highest value prospect before the competition know they exist.
In the late 1980s, his mother-in-law was forced to move from her retirement home because the taxes rose from $800 to $4,800 in 6 years. His volunteers collected over 100,000 signatures needed to place the Save Our Homes 3% Property Tax Cap on the 1992 Florida ballot. Since voters approval, SOH has saved over $100 billion in homestead property taxes.
In 1993, David formed the Tax Cap Committee. After collecting over 3 million petition signatures, the Florida legislature was pressured to passed the Bert Harris Private Property Rights Protection Act. Florida voters approved by 69% a two-thirds vote to impose a new tax or fee, such as a personal income tax or carbon fee.
Since 2010 he has been active in securing 16 Applications for a Balanced Budget Amendment Convention, 16 Faithful Delegate Acts and has advocated for legal action to address the failure of Congress to call the Article V Convention in 1979.
He received his MBA from the University of Michigan and managed corporate pension funds for National Bank of Detroit before moving to Florida.
For David and Susie Biddulph, starting the Prosperity for US Foundation is about passing on the American dream of peace and prosperity to their granddaughters and future generations of Americans.
